🏃‍♂️ SSC GD PET/PST 2025 — Physical Dates & Admit Card (CRPF e-Admit)

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), acting as the nodal agency for the CAPFs/SSF/Assam Rifles/Narcotics Control Bureau physical stage of SSC Constable (GD) Exam-2025, has published the official notice and activated the e-Admit for PET/PST. The CRPF document lists the PET/PST events for CT (GD) Exam-2025 beginning in August 2025 — candidates must download their individual e-Admit to see their exact date & centre. (Official CRPF notice / e-Admit link referenced).

📊 Quick Overview
  • 📅 Physical Test Window (as per CRPF notice): 20 August 2025 → 11/12 September 2025 (see your e-admit for the exact date & time).
  • 🧾 E-Admit / Hall Ticket: Published on the CRPF recruitment portal (Link for E-Admit Card uploaded 08-Aug-2025). Download from rect.crpf.gov.in
  • 👥 Shortlisted Candidates: ~3,94,121 candidates (male & female combined) have been called for PET/PST (state/force wise allotment on e-admit).
  • 📍 Centres & Capacity: PET/PST will be held at multiple CAPF boards/centres (reportedly ~30 centres; CRPF appendix lists centre details). Check your e-admit for centre address and reporting time.

These are the standard SSC GD PET/PST parameters used each year — full category-wise relaxations & region-specific norms are in the official notification and CRPF PDF. Always verify your category’s exact standard printed in your e-admit.

📍 Centres, RFID & Reporting

  • CRPF/Boards will run the PST/PET at multiple designated centres (appendix in the CRPF notice lists centre codes & addresses). Check your e-admit for the centre & slot.
  • RFID/biometric verification will be used at many centres — carry the same photo ID used during registration and the printed e-admit. Any mismatch can lead to denial of entry.
  • Detailed reporting time & schedule for your slot is printed on the e-admit — be there well before the reporting time (arrive ~2 hours early to clear formalities).
📂 Documents to carry (MUST)
  • Printed E-Admit Card (hard copy) — original & 1 photocopy.
  • Original valid Photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID / Driving Licence) — must match registration details.
  • 2 recent passport-size photographs (same as uploaded during registration).
  • Any category / disability certificate (PwBD / Ex-Servicemen / SC/ST/OBC/EWS) if applicable (original + copy).
  • Sports shoes & comfortable track pants / shorts for PET (no jewellery; lighter clothing recommended).

✔️ Do’s & ❌ Don’ts — On the PET/PST day

  • ✔️ Do check your e-admit for venue, reporting time & allowed items **before** leaving home.
  • ✔️ Carry water, light snacks (if allowed) and two photo IDs — keep one photocopy with you for DV.
  • ✔️ Wear sports shoes with good grip; warm up properly — start your preparation run program 2–3 weeks prior.
  • ❌ Don’t carry mobiles or smartwatches inside the PET track unless the centre allows; follow centre instructions.
  • ❌ Don’t argue with measurement officials — if declared temporarily unfit for measurement reasons you may be given a re-measurement window (see re-measurement clause).

🔁 If declared below standard — re-measurement / temporary unfit

If a candidate is declared temporary unfit because of weight or chest measurements only, the SSC/Board procedure allows a reasonable period (usually up to two months) to attain the required standard followed by re-measurement — check the SSC medical/notice clauses for the exact procedure and timelines. Documented medical exceptions and pregnancy rules for women are also covered under SSC clauses. (Official SSC medical/physical guidelines).

🩺 What happens after PET/PST?

  • Successful candidates will be called for Document Verification (DV) and then Detailed Medical Examination (DME) — schedule/venue for DV/DME will be notified separately by the Board/CRPF/force concerned.
  • The final joining offer depends on clearing DV and DME and meeting category/force vacancies. Keep originals of all educational, identity and category certificates ready.
💡 Preparation tips (practical)
  • Start interval running & build weekly mileage — practice 5 km runs at target pace (24 min target for males).
  • Include sprints, long jumps, and bodyweight conditioning (squats, lunges) in training.
  • Hydrate and eat complex carbs 24–48 hours before; avoid heavy meals on test day morning.
  • Practice measurement drills (standing straight for height, chest expansion exercises) and get a trusted person to measure you before the test.

🔔 Final Reminder: The date printed on your e-admit card is final for you. CRPF/Boards have uploaded the E-Admit (08-Aug-2025) and PET/PST slots begin from 20 Aug 2025 — check your e-admit now, reach the centre well before reporting time and carry originals. For any discrepancy contact the CRPF recruitment helpdesk (details on the rect.crpf.gov.in notice).

📌 Conclusion

This PET/PST stage is decisive — prepare safely and verify every detail on your e-admit. If you want, I can extract the exact centre/slot table for any particular state code (copy your registration/roll no. or the centre code printed in your e-admit) and format it as a table for your blog or WhatsApp broadcast. Best of luck — stay sharp and arrive prepared.
