Selection Process (Updated Phases)
- Phase I: Online CEE – A computer-based common entrance exam covering GK, Maths, and Science.
- Phase II: Recruitment Rally – Includes 1.6 KM Run (Group 1: 5 min 30 sec), Pull-ups, 9 Feet Ditch, and Zig-Zag Balance.
- Phase III: Adaptability Test – To assess the candidate's suitability for military life.
- Phase IV: Medical Exam – Final verification of physical and mental health.
Salary Package & Seva Nidhi
- 1st Year Salary: ₹30,000 (In-hand: ₹21,000)
- 4th Year Salary: ₹40,000 (In-hand: ₹28,000)
- Seva Nidhi Package: Approx. ₹11.71 Lakh (Tax-Free) after 4 years.
- Life Insurance: Non-contributory cover of ₹48 Lakh.
