Post-wise Eligibility Criteria
- Constable (Telecommunication):
• Must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) with Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology). - Constable (Photographer):
• Must have passed 10+2 (Science).
• 6 Months Computer Course certificate.
• 2 Years Experience in Videography/Photography. - Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years (as on 01-01-2025).
- Domicile: Must be a Domicile of J&K UT.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection involves a technical-level written exam followed by physical tests:
- Written Examination: 100 Marks (Objective Type). Syllabus includes General Awareness, Science, Math, and Technical/Computer basics.
- PST (Physical Standard Test): Height (Male: 5'6", Female: 5'2") and Chest (Male: 32"-33.5").
- PET (Physical Endurance Test): Running (1600m for Male, 1000m for Female in 6.5 mins).
