Eligibility Criteria (as on 31-12-2025)
- Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. (Professional degrees like CA, Engineering, Medical are also eligible).
- Age Limit: 21 to 30 Years. (Candidates must be born between 01.01.1996 and 31.12.2004).
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB).
- Language: Proficiency in the local language of the applied circle is mandatory.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection process is divided into three main stages:
- Online Test (170 Marks):
• Objective Test (120 Marks - 2 Hours)
• Descriptive Test (50 Marks - 30 Minutes)
*Note: No negative marking in the objective test. - Screening: Review of documents and experience certificates by the Bank’s committee.
- Interview (50 Marks): Assessing professional knowledge and suitability.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Pay: Starting at ₹48,480/- (with 2 advance increments for 2+ years experience).
- In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹70,000 – ₹75,000 per month.
- Allowances: DA, HRA/Lease, CCA, Medical, Petrol, and Newspaper allowances.
- Career Path: CBOs are eligible for promotion up to the Senior Management Grade Scale-IV (SMGS-IV).
